Delivery, Returns & Warranty

Delivery:

These products are for UK delivery only, and the delivery cost is included in the price. (There are additional charges for ‘offshore domestic regions’ – Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.)

Delivery is via the APC Overnight courier network. It’s normally the next day, but can take up to 48 hours.

Getting ready for delivery

You will get a text/email to make sure delivery on a convenient day and confirm morning or afternoon. There has to be someone at home to receive the delivery.

Regarding re-delivery

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods, and if you have not made an agreement that the goods can be placed at the address, the Courier Company will take the goods back and you will be charged a redelivery cost of £30.

Damages

All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse, and APC Overnight is an excellent courier so damage is very rare. But in the event you find that a stove has been damaged in transit, please send photos of any damage to us at [email protected], so that we can sort out a replacement.

Returns and refunds

Since we sell premium quality product at an exceptionally low price, we have a low rate of returns and refunds. We do process refunds for customers who change their mind for any reason – within 30 days from purchase. The product must be in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return delivery cost and must use our APC Delivery system and the product must reach us within 14 days of confirming the refund.

Guarantee/Warranty

Please note that our products are guaranteed against faulty parts and workmanship for 24 months from date of purchase. The first 12 months under this guarantee we may offer an exchange or arrange a visit from our service engineers depending on the nature of the claim.

For the following 12 months we offer free parts and labour, provided the product is returned to us (engineer callout, collection and redelivery fees apply). To validate your claim please provide the following information
